You will manage QA/QC Inspectors, implement quality standards, and maintain MES records to ensure conformance with customer specifications.
You will partner with the QA/QC Program Manager to develop inspection plans, quality checkpoints, and continuous improvement initiatives across operations, engineering, and production teams.
