Assistant Community Manager

About the Role
Balfour Beatty Communities is dedicated to delivering exceptional living experiences. The Assistant Community Manager supports the Community Manager in all aspects of operational and financial management of the property, including marketing, sales, office administration, and resident relations.

• Assist with managing the community efficiently and profitably, consistent with the company’s goals.
• Coach, develop, and manage members of the property team while promoting Balfour Beatty’s values and safety across all operations.
• Monitor and audit accounting procedures for rent collection and other financial tasks; generate monthly closing reports.
• Oversee the leasing and move‑in/move‑out processes.
• Deliver the highest level of resident satisfaction through responsive, consistent, positive, and professional interactions.
• Attend and assist with resident events as needed.

• Three or more years of experience managing people in property management or another customer‑service oriented environment.
• Preference given to candidates with a bachelor’s degree.
• Possession of a valid, state‑issued driver’s license and a safe driving record.
