The Food Service Supervisor for Union Burger at the University of North Texas
-Retail Dining Services is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness. This role provides hands-on leadership to team members, supports staff training and development, and ensures efficient workflow during all service periods.

The supervisor will assist in scheduling, inventory control, and adherence to company and university policies while fostering a positive and team-oriented work environment. This position plays a key role in delivering a consistent and engaging dining experience for students, faculty, staff, and guests.

The ideal candidate is a motivated leader with strong communication skills, prior food service or restaurant supervisory experience, and a commitment to operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
