Pro Shop Attendant

Overview

Timberlinks Golf Club is seeking a friendly, customer-focused Pro Shop Attendant to provide exceptional service to our members and guests. This role is responsible for managing daily pro shop operations, assisting golfers with merchandise and tee times, cleaning and flipping golf carts and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the club's high standards.

Previous retail or customer service experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of golf equipment and terminology is an asset
• Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

• Greet members and guests in a professional and courteous manner
• Manage tee time reservations and check in golfers
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system for retail and green fee transactions
• Maintain organized and visually appealing merchandise displays
• Assist customers with product selection, including apparel, equipment, and accessories
• Answer phone inquiries and provide information about club services and events
• Support tournament and event operations as needed
• Keep the pro shop clean, stocked, and well-presented
