Walmart Stores - 2850 West University Drive - Responsibilities:
Maintain area of responsibility by handling returns, zoning, organizing merchandise, and identifying shrink and damages;
Provide member service by reviewing receipts, assisting with purchases, locating merchandise, and addressing member needs;
Maintain self-checkout area and resolve member issues;
Promote Sam's Club products and services and guide members on self-service technology, processing purchases, payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges;
Assist with training of Member Frontline Service associates and deliver program rollout training
