This job is for people who can multi task and thrive in a fast paced environment. Our goal is to get every pizza to our customers as fast as safely possible by operating efficiently in the store, and we need more great team members to accomplish this.

We are looking for highly motivated applicants who rise to the occasion when business demands. A competitive nature is a must. We are searching for qualified customer service representatives with personality, people skills, and a desire to serve.

• Must be 16 years of age or older
• General job duties for all store team members:
  • Operate all equipment
  • Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler
  • Prepare product
  • Receive and process telephone orders
  • Complete any required paperwork
  • Clean equipment and facility daily
  • Maintain store equipment
• Training will focus on:
  • Orientation and training provided on the job
  • Taking orders
  • Labeling boxes
  • Making pizzas

  Skills:
  • Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
  • Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
• Essential Functions/
  
  Skills:
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use a calculator)
  • Must be able to make correct monetary change
  • Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
  • Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
  • Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
• Physical Requirements:
  • Standing – most tasks are performed from a standing position; height of most work surfaces is between 36 and 48 inches
  • Walking/jogging/running – for short distances or durations
  • Sitting – paperwork is normally completed in an office at a desk or table
  • Lifting – bulk product deliveries (up to 50 pounds) loaded by a hand truck, cases stacked up to 72 inches high
  • Carrying – large bags/boxes/crates up to 50 pounds, trays of pizza dough (≈12 pounds each)
  • Pushing – move trays on dollies; a stack requires up to 7.5 pounds of force
  • Climbing – occasional stairs or ladder to change signs, wash walls, perform maintenance
  • Stooping/Bending – forward bending at waist at pizza assembly station, repeated continuously
  • Crouching/Squatting – occasionally to stock shelves and clean low areas
  • Reaching – continuous; up, down, and forward, including above 72 inches to control ovens, change price signs, and work in the front counter
  • Hand Tasks – eye‑hand coordination essential; frequent and forceful wrist and forearm use; manipulating pizza peel and cutter; frequent pinching for assembling cardboard boxes

  Conditions:
  • Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing other outside tasks
  • In‑store temperatures range from 32 °F to 90 °F+ in some work areas
  • Extreme weather conditions: 0 °F to 110 °F, rain, fog, sleet, snow, ice, wind, dust, etc.
  • Sudden changes in temperature in work area and while outside
  • Fumes from food odors; exposure to cornmeal dust
  • Cramped quarters including walk‑in cooler
  • Hot surfaces/tools from oven and hot plates up to 500 °F or higher
  • Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts
