Store #23 Denton — 2030 West University Drive, Denton, Texas

Salary: $14.82 per hour

Work Hours: Full-Time, 40 hours per week. Days and hours vary; 2 days off per week.

Process donated and purchased items for distribution to the sales floor; ensure POS Solutions Inventory System processes are followed; sort, hang, categorize merchandise (textiles, shoes, electrical/mechanical and ware items) for grading and pricing using computer grading system; maintain current open and closed work batches and other production data; use material handling equipment to transport, move and sort donations; maintain appearance and cleanliness of work area;

other duties as requested.

• Minimum 1 year experience in a work or educational setting with positive interaction with the public or team (required).
• Preferred: one year of customer service experience dealing with the public.
• Proficient in basic math, reading, writing, and operating computerized equipment (POS Solutions Inventory System, grading and pricing system).
• Ability to make pricing decisions based on product quality and meet quotas.
• Excellent communication with customers and associates.
• Open availability of schedule preferred (store open 7 days a week, 8 AM – 7 PM).

Physical stamina to work in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment; walking, standing for prolonged periods; stooping, reaching (up to 6 ft. with ladder), and lifting/pushing/pulling 50 lbs. May be required to lift heavier with assistance; sufficient mobility throughout facility.

Documentation to satisfy I-9 requirements, background check, drug screen, and physical examination.
