Denton, TX (Market – GANDBBYE)
Pay: $23 per hour (starting) with additional weekly, monthly contests and incentives based on performance.

Schedule:

Thursday–Sunday (four 10‑hour shifts). Daily travel to multiple stores; occasional overnight assignments may be required. Must have a personal vehicle with insurance and a valid Driver’s License; subject to a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check.

• Drive sales growth by promoting Android OS devices and related products within assigned retail locations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers at Best Buy stores.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences through retail partners by leveraging expert product knowledge and outstanding service.
• Maximize product placement by optimizing displays and in‑store presence.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, educating associates and customers on features, benefits, and the broader Android ecosystem.
• Execute and adapt sales strategies to capitalize on market opportunities.
• Track sales performance, analyze trends, and provide regular reports to management with recommendations for improvement.

• Proven ability to consistently exceed sales targets in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Demonstrated skill in influencing retail leadership and building lasting relationships with decision‑makers.
• Strong customer focus with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Highly adaptable, able to adjust strategies to evolving market conditions.
• Self‑starter who works independently, manages time effectively, and takes initiative.
• High level of product knowledge regarding Android devices and the broader ecosystem, and ability to communicate it clearly.
• Reliable transportation for daily travel to multiple stores; valid Driver’s License required.
