Position: Robson Ranch Service - Cross Functional Rep - Full time
HEB Grocery Stores -  - Responsibilities:
Provides excellent customer service; answers customer questions regarding products, takes orders, assists with product selection;
Uses suggestive selling techniques to meet customer needs and build department sales;
Performs stocking and replenishment, product returns and rotation, product selection, service support, inventory accuracy across total Store;
Gleans knowledge of multiple departments and adheres to SOPs and policies;
Gains knowledge of processes/policies and works across multiple departments as a Checker when not performing Cross Functional duties
