Cash Controller
As a Cash Controller, you'll support accurate, efficient operation of the Store's Cash Control office and Business Center. Key responsibilities include cash handling and financial functions, compliance with department SOPs and MSB guidelines, and adherence to company security/confidentiality guidelines. The responsibilities and essential functions outlined above describe the general nature and level of work assigned to this position. Qualifications and key requirements include: age requirement of 18+, one year of experience in Business Center (preferred), proficiency in checker and business center duties/skills, strong communication, organization, and customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment that requires detailed, precision work, ability to manage multiple priorities and shift focus between tasks during stressful situations; attention to detail, ability to handle confidential information, ability to work with customers and partners and stay attentive to their needs, customer service and communication skills, ability to handle multiple, concurrent tasks;
attention to detail (sometimes during stressful situations), HS diploma or GED or equivalent, completion of MSB Certification, Checker Training, and SOAP Training. Physical demands include constantly reaching at waist, grasping, frequently standing, walking, performing fine motor movements, occasionally sitting, walking, reaching overhead, reaching at shoulder, reaching at knee, reaching at floor, bending, stooping, squatting, crouching, kneeling, stair climbing, and being exposed to ambient temperature and loud noise conditions.
Demonstrate the ability to lift 45 lbs, and manage in excess of 45 lbs. It is Partners' responsibility to never lift beyond their own safe lifting limit. If an item is too heavy to lift, push or pull, and/or carry, the Partner must break the box down into lighter, smaller, more manageable components, or ask for assistance from another Partner or a manager.
