Sam’s Club’s Freezer, Cooler and Deli Stocker Associate plays a critical role in maintaining product quality and ensuring a clean and safe environment for our members. This role blends customer service, inventory management, and safety compliance to keep the Fresh Food area running smoothly.

• Maintain safety of the facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps and proper forklift spotting procedures.
• Maintain the sales floor and merchandise presentation in the Freezer/Cooler/Deli area by handling returns, zoning, receiving and stocking merchandise, setting up, cleaning, and organizing product displays, removing damaged goods, pricing, completing required audits, paperwork, logs, and other documentation.
• Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, locating merchandise, assisting with purchasing decisions, providing deli products to members, resolving issues, and promoting the Company's products and services.
• Follow company policies and procedures related to the Freezer/Cooler area by complying with food handling policies, operating, repairing, and sanitizing equipment, following cold chain procedures when stocking merchandise, cleaning the area (windows, mirrors, display cases, and coolers), monitoring freezer/cooler fans, drains, and doors for proper operation, and reporting issues to management.
• Ensure high‑quality products are properly packaged, stored, and displayed to maintain shelf readiness for members.
• Ensure pallets and inventory are carefully organized to prevent damage and meet temperature control requirements.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
