• Ace Retail Operations: Ensure daily store tasks (pricing, shipment processing, fulfillment, and inventory) are handled accurately, keeping the store running smoothly. Use company standards to keep the store clean, organized, and all styles easily shoppable.
• Be a Famous Culture Influencer: Champion Famous culture by embodying behaviors that power our Customer Connection. Provide stellar customer engagement and deliver top‑notch experiences powered by attentiveness and determination to satisfy customer style and brand preferences.

• High School Diploma/GED.
• Ability to build constructive and effective relationships within the store.
• Positive communication skills with all associates.
• Independent judgment and discretion in partnership with store managers.
• Working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Effective teamwork.
• Flexibility to work a schedule that includes holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.

• Regularly lift up to 40 lbs. from floor level to above shoulder height using appropriate equipment and safety techniques.
• Perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
