As a Sales Associate / Product Specialist, you are the front line of the McClain’s experience
. You represent our brand, our values, and our commitment to helping families confidently choose the right RV for their lifestyle.

This role is built around enthusiasm, product knowledge, and genuine care for people
—not pressure tactics. You are expected to listen well, guide customers thoughtfully, and create a buying experience that feels exciting, comfortable, and trustworthy. • Welcome customers and create a positive, relaxed, and engaging experience
• Assist families in making informed, confident RV buying decisions
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to match customers with the right RV
• Advise customers on towing requirements, compatibility, and RV features
• Present and sell all makes and models of new and pre-owned RVs
• Educate customers on value-added products, accessories, and protection options
• Write and structure deals for presentation to Sales Management
• Maintain consistent, professional follow-up with prospective and current customers
• Prepare preliminary used RV appraisals
• Develop working knowledge across all RV categories, including:
• Fifth wheels
• Luxury motorhomes
• Maintain accurate CRM notes and customer records

• Knowledge of the RV lifestyle and customer mindset
• Genuine enthusiasm for working with people and families
• Strong listening skills and consultative selling approach
• High level of personal integrity honesty is non-negotiable
• Coachable, motivated, and team-oriented
• Comfortable with basic business math and deal structure
• Computer proficient (CRM usage required)
• Reliable transportation
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean, insurable driving record
• Ability to provide professional references
