Job Description

The e-Commerce Sales Associate interacts with hundreds of customers—online, over the phone, and in person—to guide their vehicle purchase in our no-haggle sales environment.

Responding to leads in a timely fashion, answering questions, providing information, and guiding customers from phone and internet contact to an in‑store experience while delivering an exceptional customer experience is key.

• Interact with customers through online, phone, and in‑person channels.
• Respond to leads promptly and answer all customer inquiries.
• Provide accurate product and financing information.
• Guide customers from first contact to a showroom visit.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process.
• Follow up with customers repeatedly to ensure satisfaction.

• Over1 year automotive sales experience.
• Proven ability to exceed automotive sales and customer‑service goals.
• Strong communication, consultative, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Drive to set targeted personal income goals consistent with Auto Nation’s standards of productivity.
• Willingness to follow up, and follow up again, with customers.
• Valid in‑state driver’s license and a safe driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (preferred).
• Sales or customer‑service experience (preferred).
