Responsibilities

Greet and engage customers warmly, providing a friendly and professional experience
Identify customer needs and recommend vehicles that meet their preferences and budget
Demonstrate vehicle features and arrange test drives
Negotiate prices and finalize sales agreements in compliance with dealership policies
Maintain communication with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships
Collaborate with management and team members to achieve sales targets
Utilize bilingual skills to assist and communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking customers

Requirements

Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Previous sales experience preferred, preferably in automotive or retail environments
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Customer-focused attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding service
