Job Overview

The e‑Commerce Sales Associate interacts with customers both online and in person to guide vehicle purchases in Auto Nation’s no‑haggle sales environment. The role involves responding to leads promptly, answering questions, and providing information to help customers move from initial contact through an in‑store experience while maintaining an exceptional customer experience.

• Respond to leads in a timely fashion and guide customers from phone and internet contact to an in‑store experience.
• Provide exceptional customer service and help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
• Close vehicle sales by following up consistently and effectively.
• Utilize Auto Nation’s best‑in‑class CRM, equity mining tools, and lender relationships to secure financing for customers.
• Maintain high standards of productivity and pursue personal income goals consistent with company expectations.

• At least 1 year of automotive sales experience.
• Proven ability to exceed automotive sales and customer service goals.
• Excellent communication, consultative, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Valid in‑state driver’s license and a safe driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong desire to help people and exceed expectations.
• Ability to follow up repeatedly with customers to secure sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
