This position contributes to our vision by:

Developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to optimize North American and Canadian opportunities within the aerospace and defense markets

Building, maintaining, and expanding long‑term customer relationships from initial engagement through contract award

Leading proposal development, business case creation, internal approvals, and customer submissions

Negotiating contracts, including pricing and terms and conditions, to ensure long‑term profitability

Providing ongoing customer support from contract award through program stabilization

Coordinating cross‑functionally with operations, manufacturing, engineering, finance, purchasing, and inside sales

Representing the company at industry events and trade shows while delivering customer and market insights to support budgeting and growth
