Carrier Sales Manager

You'll lead our carrier procurement across every mode, build a team that competitors wish they had, and turn capacity into a competitive advantage. • You bring 5+ years in freight brokerage or carrier sales, and you've either led a team or you're clearly ready to.
• You know FTL, LTL, expedited, specialized, and multi-stop freight.
• You negotiate like it's second nature, you make decisions with data, and you communicate in a way that makes carriers and customers want to work with you.
• Bonus points if you've built KPIs, scorecards, or a carrier sales team from the ground up.
• Above all, you raise the standard of every room you walk into.

• You’ll own Ship Nova’s carrier strategy from the ground up, building lane and equipment plans that lock in capacity where it matters most.
• You’ll lead daily huddles and weekly coaching that turn good reps into great ones.
• You’ll make sure the team attacks the right freight first, spotting the problem-child loads before they become service failures.
• You’ll build carrier scorecards, run business reviews, cut the underperformers, and deepen the partnerships that carry us.
• And you’ll partner across sales, pricing, and operations to keep every commitment we make both achievable and profitable.
