Develop sales relationships with installers and professional customers;
Take customer orders by phone and online, invoice orders, direct efforts to accurately pick and stage parts for delivery, and route delivery specialists;
Ensure delivery vehicles are serviced and maintained according to company standards and that daily mileages are entered into fleet devices;
Work with Sales Specialists/Territory Sales Managers to provide superior service to professional customers;
Assist on front counter and backroom duties (stock, returns, etc.) and assist with labor claims processing
