Gillean Brothers Roofing is looking for motivated, self-driven sales representatives to join our growing team. This is a 1099 commission-based position with strong earning potential and operational support, so you can focus on selling while our team helps manage the production side.

Generate leads, perform roof inspections, meet with homeowners, document damage, present estimates, secure signed contracts, and maintain customer relationships throughout the project.
Ideal Candidate:Self-motivated, comfortable working independently, strong communicator, and driven by commission-based earning potential. Roofing or outside sales experience is preferred, but not required.
