Trillium Staffing - - - Responsibilities:
Inspect and prepare rigging equipment such as slings, shackles, chains, hooks, and pulleys;
Determine the safest and most effective method for lifting and moving loads;
Attach rigging to loads using hand and power tools, following load charts and engineering specifications;
Signal or direct crane and equipment operators during lifts using standard hand signals or radio communication;
Ensure proper load balance and weight distribution
