Job Summary
Force Home Services Heating, Air Conditioning, & Plumbing of Denton, TX is hiring a full‑time HVAC Technician to provide excellent customer service for our clients while going into their homes and businesses to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair their air systems.
Compensation & Benefits$25,000–$100,000/yr depending on certification and experience, plus up to a $10,000 signing bonus. Eligible for excellent benefits including health care (after 90 days), paid time off (PTO), retirement programs, a minimum of 40 hours paid holidays (after 90 days), and supportive management that provides ongoing training opportunities.
Qualifications- 1+ years of experience as an HVAC Technician
- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Top‑notch communication skills
- EPA and NATE certifications are a bonus; willing to help right candidates obtain certification
