HVAC Service Technician (Full-time)

Force Home Services Heating, Air Conditioning, & Plumbing is looking for a full‑time HVAC Service Technician. This role involves traveling into client homes and businesses to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair heating and cooling systems while representing the company and providing exceptional customer service.

Salary range: $25,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on certification and experience, plus up to a $10,000 signing bonus.

Benefits include health care (after 90 days), paid time off (PTO), retirement programs, a minimum of 40 hours paid holidays (after 90 days), and ongoing training opportunities.

• At least 1 year of experience as an HVAC Service Technician
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Excellent communication skills

EPA and NATE certifications are a plus, but willingness to become certified is welcomed. Candidates should be self‑motivated, organized, efficient, trustworthy, professional, and able to communicate technical information in layman’s terms.
