HVAC Technician

Force Home Services Heating, Air Conditioning, & Plumbing of Denton, TX is hiring a full‑time HVAC Technician to provide excellent customer service while troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing air systems in homes and businesses. The position offers $25,000‑$100,000 per year depending on certification and experience, plus up to a $10,000 signing bonus. Eligible benefits include health care (after 90 days), paid time off (PTO), retirement programs, a minimum of 40 paid holiday hours (after 90 days), and supportive management that provides ongoing training opportunities.

• 1+ years of experience as an HVAC Technician
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Top‑notch communication skills

EPA and NATE certifications are a bonus; however, we will help the right candidate obtain certification.
