Plant Maintenance Technician
Pay: $30–$37/hour (Depending on Experience)

What You’ll Be DoingAs a Plant Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a key role in keeping our manufacturing facility operating safely and efficiently by:
Mechanical Maintenance- Troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial equipment including pumps, conveyors, motors, gearboxes, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
- Performing preventative and predictive maintenance on production equipment.
- Rebuilding, replacing, and aligning mechanical components.
- Reading and interpreting blueprints, mechanical drawings, and equipment manuals.
- Diagnosing and repairing motors, drives, VFDs, sensors, and control circuits.
- Troubleshooting PLC‑controlled equipment (Allen‑Bradley, Siemens, or similar).
- Assisting with PLC programming, modifications, and equipment improvements.
- Reading electrical schematics and ladder logic diagrams.
- Supporting instrumentation calibration and control systems.
- Responding quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime.
- Following all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and electrical safety standards.
- Maintaining accurate maintenance records and documentation.
- Identifying opportunities to improve equipment reliability and plant performance.
- Collaborating with production and engineering teams to resolve recurring equipment issues.
- High school diploma or GED (technical certification or associate degree preferred).
- 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or plant environment.
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair experience.
- Hands‑on knowledge of PLC troubleshooting and industrial electrical systems.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, overtime, weekends, and on‑call when needed.
