This position contributes to our vision by:
- Repairing, rebuilding, inspecting, and testing production equipment and tooling
- Diagnosing equipment failures and implementing effective repair solutions
- Performing preventive maintenance and maintaining maintenance records
- Obtaining quotes and ordering materials and replacement parts
- Recommending new products, equipment, and process improvements
- Collaborating with internal teams, customers, and suppliers to support business objectives

- Associate's Degree in a technical field preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in equipment maintenance and repair, or advanced knowledge of CNC repair and maintenance
- Demonstrated troubleshooting and equipment repair skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and strong problem-solving abilities
