• Associate's Degree in a technical field preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in equipment maintenance and repair, or advanced knowledge of CNC repair and maintenance
• Demonstrated troubleshooting and equipment repair skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and strong problem-solving abilities
