The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of all plant equipment, machinery, and facilities. This role includes performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to support continuous production and minimize downtime.
Key Responsibilities- perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on production equipment, kilns, conveyors, mixers, and other brick manufacturing machinery.
- Diagnose equipment malfunctions and determine effective solutions to restore functionality quickly.
- Install, align, and calibrate new equipment or components as needed.
- Maintain and repair electrical systems, motors, pumps, gearboxes, and hydraulics.
