General Laborer

ATS Welding is rapidly expanding into a full-service industrial construction, welding, and telecommunications company, dedicated to safety and quality. We are involved in critical telecom infrastructure projects across various sectors, and we are currently looking for General Laborers to join our team. If you're hardworking, safety-focused, and eager to grow in the construction industry, we want to hear from you.

• Assist crews with various tasks as directed by foremen and supervisors on job sites.
• Perform manual labor duties, including lifting, carrying materials, and general site cleanup.
• Support the installation of telecom infrastructure.
• Follow safety guidelines and ensure a clean, organized work environment.
• Learn and apply telecom and utility procedures under the guidance of experienced team members.
• Regularly lift 50 lbs or more as part of daily tasks.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
• Willingness to learn telecom construction procedures and safety standards.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to take direction and work as part of a team.
• Must pass a preemployment drug test.

• Previous experience in fiber, utility or industrial construction is a plus but not required.
• Familiarity with basic construction tools and equipment.
• Ability to work independently and complete tasks efficiently.
