Park7 Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our luxury student housing community in Denton, Texas. You will handle work orders, perform routine maintenance, and participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation to keep residents safe and comfortable.
Responsibilities include HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance repairs, and light carpentry. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in multi-family or student housing, a valid driver's license, EPA preferred, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
