Each week we have new stores opening across the country and our trucking operation is in full swing. Our top of the line equipment is ready and waiting for experienced Class A CDL Drivers like you to join our team.

We are currently seeking 10 EXPERIENCED CLASS A CDL TRUCK DRIVERS to join our growing fleet. If you are professional, self-motivated & looking for a great company to retire with, then we would love to hear from you. This account is 100% touch freight. Our unload process entails using roll-tainers, toppers, and totes. Drivers will liftgate roll-tainers of product to the back doors of stores.

If necessary, drivers will put toppers in other carts to make the roll-tainers more moveable.

Roughly 3-4 stores can fit in one trailer depending on the season.

We prefer that you have some form of start/stop retail (touch freight) experience and we also require the following for experience:

• Either 6 full months of current solo verifiable T/T experience OR 1 year of verifiable T/T experience in the past 18 months (PREFERRED)
• No more than 2 jobs in the last year AND no more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
• No previous terms EVER that were safety related
• Must have a very good MVR

* Local experience will count and trailers MUST be 45' or up

Schedule: Drivers will deliver regionally Tuesday
- Saturday & have guaranteed weekly home-time on Sunday & Monday.

Drivers may have occasional layovers at home, but this is not a guarantee. 1546 MPW

Pay: .43 - .46 CPM (based on experience) $31.75 stop pay & $40.00 unload pay.

Avg. weekly pay $1,300 - $1,500. $68k annually

Avg. yearly profit-sharing bonus of $2,400 paid out to all drivers

Avg. quarterly safety bonus of $2,800 paid out to all drivers (based on $.035/mile on all miles driven for the quarter)

Equipment and Orientation: 2 years old or newer trucks. Autos and 10 speeds. Truck can be taken home for time off if you live 50 miles or more from the DC. 2 day orientation at the DC in OK. Hotel and $25/day per diem payment for food included. One-way car rental available
