Opening Driver
Starts between 10am - 11am. Helps with food prep and cleaning tasks throughout the day. Usually works until 4-6pm, but may stay later for dinner rush.

We are looking for highly motivated, competitive delivery experts with reliable vehicles, proof of insurance, a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.
Flexible hours: 1 shift per week up to 5-6 shifts per week. Both daytime and evening shifts are available.
ADVANCEMENTMany team members begin as delivery drivers or customer service representatives and progress to franchise ownership, General Manager, Manager of Corporate Operations, and other roles.

Job RequirementsYou must be 18 years of age or older.
- Operate all equipment.
- Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
- Prepare product.
- Receive and process telephone orders.
- Complete required paperwork.
- Clean equipment and facility daily.
- Maintain store equipment.
- Read a map and navigate to designated locations.
- Locate addresses and deliver across adverse terrain while carrying product.
- Use personal vehicle to deliver products.
- Orientation and training provided on the job.
- Training focuses on:
- Taking orders.
- Labeling boxes.
- Delivering product safely.
- Avoiding hazards and distractions on the road.
Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions. Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
Essential Functions/Skills- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
- Must be able to make correct monetary change.
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Minimum age 18 with two years of driving history. Must pass MVR and meet background expectations. Vehicle insurance must list you as a driver. Must obtain a food handlers permit if not already obtained.
Additional Information WORK CONDITIONS- Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather when removing trash and performing other outside tasks.
- In‑store temperatures range from 32°F in cooler to 90°F or higher in some work areas.
- Extreme weather conditions, including temperatures ranging from 0°F up to 110°F outside.
- Rain, fog, sleet, snow, ice, wind, dust, and more.
- Sudden changes in temperature in work area and while outside.
- Fumes from food odors.
- Exposure to cornmeal dust.
- Cramped quarters, including walk‑in cooler.
- Hot surfaces/tools from oven and hot plates up to 500°F or higher.
- Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.

- Lifting – Bulk deliveries are unloaded using a hand truck. Deliveries may include cases weighing up to 50 pounds; cases usually lifted from floor and stacked onto shelves up to 72 inches high.
