Applicants must have a valid Class C driver’s license and may need a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) if required by their state of issuance. Texas drivers must obtain a Texas license within 90 days of establishing residence.

• Move supplies and equipment to ensure efficient storage in the delivery vehicle.
• Receive and verify contents of all shipments to be delivered.
• Record variances and damages on invoices during store deliveries.
• Return damaged products, including any necessary tax stamps.
• Maintain a driver route sheet after every stop.
• Ensure compliance with standardized filing for store‑to‑store transfer paperwork and pick‑ups.
• Assist in unloading as required by location needs.
• Receive payment for deliveries and verify amounts accurately.
• Report inventory issues or invoice discrepancies to management.
• Provide feedback to management regarding vehicle or equipment issues.
• Carry out management directives efficiently.
• Fulfill responsibilities with careful attention to detail.
• Practice teamwork and cooperation with others.
• Build strong professional relationships with customers.
• Deliver superb customer service.
• Manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
• Handle stress in a fast‑paced environment.
• Follow all safety regulations of Specs Family Partners and OSHA.
• Communicate effectively with team members and guests.
• Operate industrial machines to move full pallets up to 2,400 pounds.
• Perform other projects or duties assigned by management.
• Maintain attendance and timeliness; this position is not remote.

This job does not include supervisory responsibilities.

• Minimum 1–2 years of driving experience.
• High school diploma or GED preferred; experience is also considered.
• Ability to read, comprehend, and write simple instructions or memos.
• Strong verbal communication skills with coworkers and guests.
• Bilingual language skills are a plus.
• Basic mathematical skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and ability to count inventory.
• Responsible, reliable, and committed to excellent service; patient, friendly, and outgoing.
• Self‑starter with a strong work ethic and the ability to complete assignments promptly.
• Must be over 21 years of age.
• Valid Class C driver’s license.

• Full Time: typically 40 hours per week.
• Must be available to work any shift on Friday or Saturday and 80% or more of all shifts each week.
• Part Time: up to 25 hours per week.
• Work outside scheduled time without manager approval is prohibited.

Standing, walking, or bending; use of hands and fingers; reaching; climbing or balancing; talking and hearing. Must regularly lift or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds with proper tools. Must operate an industrial machine to move pallets up to 2,400 pounds. Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

Deliveries may occur in all types of weather. Noise level is usually moderate to loud.
