CDL-A OTR Company Driver

Compensation:

TFY is actively looking for OTR drivers to drive 10,000 miles per month. Pay rate is on a sliding scale – the more you work, the more you get paid!

• Base Pay Starts at $0.50/Mile + Monthly Bonuses!
• 10,000 Miles Bonus = Minimum Bonus of $200 per Month (Approx. Salary = $62,400 / Year).
• 11,000 miles bonus = Minimum of $440 per Month (Approx. Salary = $71,280 / Year).
• 12,000 miles bonus = Minimum of $720 per Month (Approx. Salary = $80,600 / Year).

Orientation: $100/Day;
Paid Vacation after First Year;
Pay Increases with Tenure;
Additional earning opportunities for clean inspections & referrals (Safety & Compliance Incentives apply).

Job & Equipment:

• Average Length of Haul = 700 Miles.
• 80% Drop & Hook – 4:1 Trailer Ratio – Large Trailer Pools & Customers.
• Over 30% of TFY Drivers have 1 Million+ Miles.
• 2026 Trucks Rolling In Now.
• Trucks Equipped with EPU, Fridge & Inverter for convenience;
  Automatic Transmission & Adaptive Cruise Control;
  Outward Facing Cameras & Crash Mitigation Systems for Safety.

• At least 22 years old.
• Valid Class A CDL in state of residence.
• 12 Months of Experience in the Past 3 Years.
• Live within hiring area.
• Experience hauling 53' trailer.
• Drive 10,000 miles per month;
  Minimum expectation is 10K miles per month;
  Cannot turn down freight.
• No DUIs or failed/refused drug tests.
