About the Role

HPC-Industrial is looking for a Supervisor IS (Industrial Services) to work at a customer location and lead two or more crews by planning, leading, organizing, and coordinating daily operations of the service line crew. The Supervisor IS ensures proper operation of equipment, drives operational efficiencies, and maintains accurate documentation. The role ensures compliance with company policies and fosters quality, timely industrial cleaning services.

• Instructs, provides feedback and directs crew in performance of duties to meet client requirements and company policies.
• Schedules jobs and crews; may dispatch crews on nights and weekends.
• Acts as Operations Manager or Branch Manager when requested.
• Reads work orders and ensures equipment is available and operational.
• Inspects equipment and work area prior to each job and corrects deficiencies.
• Communicates with client regarding job status and requirements.
• Performs preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment.
• Completes service receipts and other required paperwork.
• Trains technicians and operators on equipment operation, service line processes and paperwork.
• Operates all necessary equipment in service line (chemical, hydro‑blasting, painting, blasting, vacuum) under training and safety procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Demonstrated people‑management skills.
• Strong knowledge operating equipment used in service line.
• Comprehension of English language (written and verbal).
• Strong Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel);
  Access is a plus.
• Experience with Win Web (HPC Software).
• Attention to detail and highly organized.
• Mechanical aptitude and experience troubleshooting equipment (preferred).
• CDL, forklift, and backhoe certification preferred; may be required for plant operations.
• Ability to calculate load weights for manifest completion.
• Issue manifests correctly per waste stream, transporter, TSDF, and PO.
• Maintain filing system for manifests.
• Assist drivers with Win Web ticket entries.
• Schedule pit loads at TSDF(s) and coordinate roll‑off logistics.
• Weekly inspections and coordination of vac truck for water and oil removal.

• Minimum 5+ years experience in industrial cleaning; prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive company vehicle.
• Completion of vocational safety training and other essential experience.
• OSHA certification may be required.
• Knowledge of emergency equipment operation.
• RCRA certificates.
• May need to provide Federal TWIC.
