Join Woodfield as a Class A OTR Team Driver with a Secret Clearance (DoD). We are looking for dedicated and experienced CDL Class A drivers to travel OTR.

• Drive a brand new 2025 Freightliner equipped with modern comforts.
• Established driving teams and husband & wife teams are highly encouraged to apply!
• Enjoy a $2000 sign-on bonus per driver after 90 days.

• Receive a guaranteed minimum of $2k per driver based on availability or percentage pay, whichever is greater (includes line haul + driver accessorial).
• Earn a $500 referral bonus for bringing in new drivers.
• Participate in a paid 2-1/2 day orientation, held weekly.
• Drive a 2025 double bunk Freightliner with upgraded interiors, APU's, refrigerators, and inverters.

• CLASS A CDL - Regional or OTR experience is required.
• 2 years of verifiable recent and consistent experience required.
• Must be 23 years or older.
• DoD experience is a plus.
• TWIC card & Hazmat endorsement required.
• Secret Clearance is required; drivers who have applied for clearance are welcome.

Woodfield will assist in starting the secret clearance process for qualified drivers.
