Field Services Worker III

Essential Functions

• Picks up and unloads solid waste including but not limited to garbage and recyclables
• Assists driver while they are backing the vehicle
• Steam cleans and washes trucks and equipment
• Performs delivery, in-field maintenance, and inventory tracking of containers
• Performs routine maintenance, pre/post operation equipment checks (oil, gas, etc.)
• Operates compactor, mechanical and hydraulic mechanisms
• Picks up litter
• May be required to drive an assigned vehicle to respond to service calls
• Inspects and checks equipment before and after use, performs maintenance activities and reports problems to supervisor
• Maintains regular and punctual on-site attendance
