Arvato is seeking a Shipping Clerk with keen attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. As part of our team, you'll not only contribute to the efficiency of our operations but also have the chance to work with cutting‑edge warehouse equipment and engage with various teams across the organization.

YOUR TASKS
  • Help prepare both inbound and outbound orders and the necessary paperwork associated with each, i.e., BOLs, delivery manifests, and yard management documents.
  • Communicate with different delivery carriers, work directly with the supervisor and department lead, and also communicate with our service delivery and Trade teams.
  • Enter data into a warehouse management system and file documents and forms.
  • Occasionally work on the warehouse floor and collaborate with warehouse equipment operators.
  • May be required to operate warehouse equipment in a safe manner (only when lift certified by Arvato).
  • Work schedule:

    Monday to Friday – 8:00 am to 4:30 pm CST.
  • Work location:

    3331 FM 1173, Denton, TX 76207.
YOUR PROFILE
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of SAP or other WMS experience.
  • Excel – intermediate experience.
  • Previous experience in operations of Warehousing and Shipping, and use of equipment such as forklifts, order pickers, and pallet runners.
  • Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook.
