* Job Summary:

* We are seeking a reliable and motivated Pick/Pack Associate to work in a cold storage warehouse environment. This role requires comfort working in cold temperatures and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks while maintaining accuracy and productivity.

** Work Environment:*
* + Cold storage warehouse

+ Temperature averages  
** 34°F*
* + Must be comfortable working in cold conditions for the duration of the shift

*
* Key Responsibilities:

*
* + Pick and pack products accurately according to order specifications

+ Prepare orders for shipment in a timely manner

+ Perform general warehouse duties as needed

+ Follow all safety and food handling guidelines

+ Complete other duties as assigned

*
* Physical Requirements:

*
* + Ability to  
** lift 50+ pounds*
* + Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift

*
* Qualifications:

*
* + Previous warehouse or cold storage experience preferred, but not required

+ Must be dependable and punctual

+ Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team

*
* Additional Requirements:

*
* + Must be willing and able to work in cold temperatures (34°F)

** Pay Details:**  $17.00 per hour
