Assigned to 1st Shift operating on a rotating 12‑hour 2‑2‑3 schedule from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, including required weekend coverage as part of the standard rotation.
Work environment:
Non‑temperature controlled warehouse; exposure to seasonal heat and cold.
Job SummaryThe Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for leading daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping, and transportation coordination. This role ensures operational excellence through effective workforce leadership, inventory accuracy, safety compliance, quality standards, and continuous process improvement while delivering exceptional service to internal and external customers.
Warehouse Operations & Inventory Management- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, order fulfillment, shipping, and transportation activities.
- Ensure customer orders are processed accurately and delivered within required service levels and timelines.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through effective controls, cycle‑counting processes, and inventory management practices.
- Monitor product flow, warehouse layout, and material handling processes to maximize safety, efficiency, and productivity.
- Coordinate outbound shipments and transportation activities to meet customer requirements while maintaining quality and cost standards.
- Track shipments, resolve logistics issues, and reconcile freight‑related documentation and invoices as required.
- Lead, coach, train, and develop warehouse personnel to promote a culture of safety, accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.
- Establish clear performance expectations and provide ongoing feedback, coaching, and performance management.
- Conduct performance evaluations and support employee development and succession planning efforts.
