Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Warehouse Associate role based in Denton, TX. The Warehouse Associate will handle daily shipping and receiving tasks, including verifying incoming and outgoing orders, checking for accuracy, and updating inventory records. Responsibilities include unloading trucks, organizing stock, preparing and packing orders, and staging products for shipment. The role involves operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks in a safe and efficient manner.

The Warehouse Associate will also help maintain a clean, orderly warehouse, follow safety guidelines, and collaborate with team members and supervisors to support smooth operations.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in core warehouse operations, including Shipping & Receiving and Unloading.
  • Ability to safely operate material handling equipment, such as Forklift Operation and Pallet Jack.
  • Experience with Packing and preparing orders for shipment with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic inventory and documentation skills, including counting, labeling, and recording stock movements.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, standing, and moving throughout the shift.
  • Strong reliability, time management, and teamwork skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to safety protocols and maintaining a clean, organized work area.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
