Warehouse Associate​/Parts Handler

Job Description OEM Electrical Supply in North Dallas is looking for a reliable Warehouse Associate to handle receiving, picking, packing, staging orders for delivery, and coordinating with dispatch. This is a straightforward, hands‑on role perfect for someone who wants to gain real warehouse, inventory, and light logistics experience in electrical parts distribution. Ability to drive a 26’ box truck for occasional local deliveries in the North Dallas area is a plus, but not required.

• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming OEM electrical components and parts
• Pick, pack, and accurately prepare orders for shipment
• Stage completed orders for delivery and coordinate with dispatch to ensure timely handoff
• Assist with occasional local deliveries using a 26’ box truck in the North Dallas area (when needed)
• Maintain organized inventory and clean warehouse space
• Follow basic safety procedures and support daily operations

• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Able to lift 40–50 lbs. repeatedly and stand for full shifts
• Comfortable working in a non‑climate‑controlled warehouse (hot in summer, cold in winter)
• Comfortable operating a forklift and cherry picker lift
• Basic computer skills, including email communication and simple spreadsheet use
• Good attention to detail and basic organizational skills
• Previous warehouse or inventory experience is helpful but not required
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (for occasional truck use – a plus)
• Reliable transportation to our North Dallas location
• Willing to learn electrical parts handling, staging processes, and dispatch coordination

$17 – $20 per hour based on experience. Bi‑weekly pay. Overtime is not encouraged. No health benefits. 401(k) eligibility after 90 days.
