Job Shift: Day

• Demonstrate company mission and core values daily.
• Identify products by SKU, size, varietal, and rack bin location.
• Record invoice notes for variances, changes, and out‑of‑stock items.
• Control pull cart to prevent removal of product before the order is fully pulled.
• Maintain neat and orderly product rack areas during order selecting.
• Staging pull cart area for quick verification upon checking.
• Pack wholesale orders neatly to prevent damage and ensure product integrity at delivery.
• Tag wholesale customer orders according to shipment quantity.
• Secure and properly use all TABC stamps for wholesale orders.
• Operate TABC stamp guns and machines.
• Restock supplies and use equipment as needed to replenish product racks.
• Inform manager or lead of out‑of‑stocks or inventory variances on all items.
• Maintain computer equipment and assist with inventory preparation and process.
• Practice teamwork and cooperation with coworkers.
• Seek continual improvement of skills and knowledge to contribute to profitability and productivity.
• Perform duties with care and attention to detail.
• Lift 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally in each shift.
• Use a dolly and/or pallet jack properly.
• Push or pull 50–100 pounds regularly.
• Complete other projects as assigned by management.
• Execute directives efficiently as given by the Management Team.
• Work in accord with all safety regulations of Specs Family Partners and OSHA.
• Possess time‑management skills to prioritize tasks and meet daily demands.
• Maintain attendance and timeliness.

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Preferable 1–2 years of warehouse experience; willingness to learn is acceptable.
• Ability to read, comprehend, write, and follow simple written instructions or memos.
• Proficiency in basic mathematics (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, decimals).
• Strong interpersonal skills: patience, friendliness, cooperative, outgoing personality.
• Self‑starter with strong work ethic and timely completion of tasks.
• Full‑time availability (40 hours per week) and willingness to work Fridays or Saturdays and 80% or more of all shifts.
• Flexible scheduling; no work outside scheduled shifts without Store Manager approval.
• Ability to apply common sense and practical judgment to carry out instructions.
• Physical capability to stand, walk, bend, and use hands for handling goods; lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally with proper tools.
• Capability to operate industrial equipment to move pallets up to 2400 pounds.
