Job Description
DXTX – is hiring Day Shift Warehouse Associates to support our online auction operations in Dallas. This is a hands‑on warehouse role in a fast‑paced, non‑climate‑controlled environment.
Associates may focus in one of two primary areas:
Customer Pickup & Order Fulfillment or Inventory Processing & Quality Control. Placement is determined based on experience, strengths, and business needs.
Schedule
Monday through Thursday, 10‑hr shifts, with 1‑hour lunch.
Shifts:
Inventory Processing 6:00AM to 5:00PM, Customer Service 7:00AM to 6:00PM. In‑person role.
Shift: 7:00AM – 6:00PM (Monday – Thursday)
- Pick and stage customer orders using handheld devices.
- Load merchandise into customer vehicles.
- Check in customers and direct them to pickup locations.
- Provide professional, courteous service.
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Shift: 6:00AM – 5:00PM (Monday – Thursday)
- Open, inspect, and identify incoming merchandise.
- Sort, barcode, photograph, and accurately enter items into our database.
- Meet daily production and quality standards.
- Perform repetitive tasks with strong attention to detail.
- Use handheld devices and computer systems.
We’re looking for candidates who:
- Are comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
- Can stand and move for 10+ hour shifts.
- Can lift up to 50lbs independently and assist with heavier items.
- Are comfortable using handheld devices and basic computer systems.
- Are reliable and punctual.
- Can work indoors and outdoors in varying temperatures.
- Can read and write in English.
Warehouse, production, quality control, order picking, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
