As a General Laborer, you will play a vital role in supporting daily operations across various departments. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, enjoys physical work, and wants to be part of a dependable, high-performing team.

• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as needed.
• Assist in production, assembly, and warehouse tasks.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas following safety protocols.
• Operate basic tools and machinery under supervision.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and work collaboratively with team members.
• Perform quality checks and report any issues or inconsistencies.
• Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control functions.

• Prior general labor, warehouse, or industrial experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Flexible and able to adapt to different tasks and duties as assigned.

Pay Rate:
New Rate change date 6/9/25: $18.00, plus $1.00 for shift differential, total hourly rate $19.00
