We’re building next-generation aerospace technology and looking for a Financial Accountant who’s excited to own key close activities, dig into complex accounting topics, and help scale best-in-class financial processes.
If you’re a CPA who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants exposure beyond routine accounting, this role delivers.
What You’ll Do- Own portions of the monthly close (journal entries, reconciliations, variance analysis)
- Account for complex transactions: equity, investments, taxes, debt, leases, and accruals
- Analyze operational and financial data to ensure accurate accounting treatment
- Prepare financial statements and internal management reports (US GAAP)
- Support external audits with clear documentation
- Research accounting issues and provide practical, well-supported guidance
- Improve accounting systems, processes, and internal controls
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives

* CPA license required
** (public accounting experience strongly preferred) - Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, advanced formulas)
- Experience with general ledger and procurement systems
- Detail-oriented with strong time-management skills
- Comfortable working under close deadlines
- Clear communicator who works well across teams
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-changing environment
- Manufacturing or aerospace accounting experience
- Experience with complex GL structures or multi-system environments
- History of improving accounting processes or controls

* Base salary:** $95,000 — $101,000 per year - Compensation based on experience, location, and performance
