• Oversee monthly close processes across corporate, development, and property entities, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
• Review property financials, analyze variances, and partner with operations on research and resolution
• Manage debt schedules, interest accruals, principal payments, and construction draw packages for equity and debt partners
• Support audits, maintain internal controls, and ensure compliance with GAAP and tax requirements, including sales and use tax and property tax accruals
• Prepare and review journal entries, capital budget tracking, intercompany activity, and vendor compliance processes

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA preferred
• 5 to 7 years of progressive accounting experience with real estate development, construction, or property management exposure
• Strong understanding of GAAP, job cost accounting, and month-end close processes
