Job Responsibilities:
- Perform account reconciliations to maintain accuracy in the general ledger.
- Analyze revenue, margin, and expense trends to identify areas for financial improvement.
- Manage fixed assets, including tracking additions, disposals, and roll-forward schedules.
- Complete bank reconciliations and calculate monthly payroll accruals.
- Prepare sales and use tax filings on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Hold a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Bring 5 - 7+ years of relevant accounting experience.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of month-end close processes.
- Show experience with intercompany eliminations and reconciliations in a multi-entity environment.
- Display proficiency in ERP accounting software with the ability to ensure accurate reporting.
- Possess advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Communicate clearly and professionally both in writing and verbally.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Collaborate effectively across departments and with external partners.
- Adapt to shifting priorities while maintaining accuracy and accountability.
