Our client is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic Accounting Manager to join their team full time. You will be responsible for managing Manage all corporate accounting functions and staff, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial statement preparation, cash flow, and monthly reconciliations. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location. Expected starting base salary $95,000 to $135,000 per year.

Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.
Assist in developing and implementing internal control policies and procedures to streamline operations and support rapid growth.
Foster a cohesive, collaborative approach within your team and their interactions with both internal and external customers.
Ensure timely month-end closing, including reconciliation of bank accounts, inventory accounts, work-in-progress (WIP) accounts, and multiple clearing accounts.
Reconcile sales tax liability general ledger account to tax compliance software.
Analyze, review, and audit all general ledger account balances, identifying anomalies, trends, or other insights.
Assist with tax preparation and compliance requirements, coordinating year-end audits and external reporting.

Requirements:

Commitment to excellence and high standards.
Demonstrated ability to supervise and motivate employees.
Expertise in SAGE 100 and Advanced Excel.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint.
Acute attention to detail.

Experience:

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
6+ years of related experience, including a supervisory role.
