Expected starting base salary $90,000 to $125,000 per year.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise budgeting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger processes.
- Review deliverables prepared by fund administrators.
- Ensure accurate and timely quarterly corporate financial reports in accordance with GAAP and company policies.
- Develop strategic insights based on real-time data to support agile processes.
- Conduct research on accounting and compliance-related issues as needed.
- Exemplary computer skills, including advanced proficiency in Excel (Pivot tables).
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and organizational abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet reporting deadlines.
- Familiarity with fair value accounting and reporting of commercial real estate investments to institutional pension funds.
- High level of integrity, dependability, accountability, and respect.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
- 4+ years of accounting experience.
