Job Description:
- Scrutinize quarterly consolidated fund reports prepared by the fund administrator to ensure technical GAAP accuracy and proper ledger maintenance.
- Execute corporate-related accounting processes, including Travel & Expense, A/P and preparation of accurate and timely quarterly corporate financial reports in accordance with GAAP and company policies.
- Maintain awareness of all accounting-related matters related to the firm's assets and entities.
- Oversee cash flow, propose capital calls, and manage distributions.
- Project manage period-end financial statement reporting, year-end audits, and tax compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Familiarity with Quick Books Online
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and with appropriate urgency.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting.
- 2-5 years of relevant accounting experience.
